Academia Lecture to Invite Biochemistry & Molecular Biology Dr. Yen-Shan Chen to Speak on Biosketch Research

This time, we invited Assistant Research Professor Yen-Shan Chen from the Department of Biochemistry & Molecular Biology, Indiana University School of Medicine.

Professor Chen graduated from the Department of Chemistry of National Taiwan University and obtained a Ph.D. from Case Western Reserve University (a very research-oriented school).
In addition to research on purely academic issues, Professor Chen also has long-term cooperation with large pharmaceutical companies and government medical and health institutions. Professor Chen’s study and work experience, especially the experience of cooperating with large pharmaceutical companies that are rare in Taiwan, should give everyone, especially those students who are interested in biomedicine, some new gains.

At 2:00 p.m. on the same day, Professor Chen will give a speech titled “Putting a Switch on Hormone Management: Novel Insulin for Diabetes Mellitus” in the Department of Applied Chemistry, and share several creative and ingenious new drug design concepts.
